John Reger Golf Policy and Disclaimers



Reservations and Waiting Lists: Contact John Reger, PGA to register for John Reger Golf Instruction, Events, and Consulting at 352.682.3546 or jreger@pga.com. Reservations are on a “First Paid” basis. Payments and deposits will only be accepted once John Reger Golf has confirmed an opening for sold out instructional program or golf event.

Payments and Deposits: All payments, installments, and deposits for services to be rendered are accepted in advance through the following procedures: collected via PayPal using MasterCard or Visa at www.johnregerpga.com, in the form of a personal or business check from a recognized banking institution, and cash or money order. Once a payment or deposit is received, a confirmation email from John Reger Golf via jreger@pga.com will be sent within 3 business days. 

Cancellation and Refunds:  On notice of a cancellation or a request for a refund for any fees associated with John Reger Golf, you will receive a full credit towards the amount paid towards any future John Reger Golf Instruction, Events, and Consulting within 12 calendar months. This includes cancellations for extreme weather conditions that may result in circumstances beyond our control due to unsafe conditions of practice and play or the closure of the host golf facility.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. There are a number of ways we receive your data. First, it may be when you register to receive the John Reger Golf Report or accept your invitation to our Coach Now application. When you submit your information through these forms we enter them into our protected database. The information we collect from these forms are your name and contact details. We may also make notes based on a message you may have left with us. Second, we may collect your data. We collect your data through referrals as well as your social media profiles.

We may collect the following information: Name, Company and Job title, Contact information, Demographic information such as Postal Code, Preferences and Interests, and other information relevant to customer surveys and special offers.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: Internal record keeping, information to improve our products and services, periodic promotional emails about new products, and special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. We may also use the information to customize the website according to your interests.
